Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via our partner carriers with a tracking number and dropped off without signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as extra costs may apply.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

1. Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Procedure

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an order preparation error on our part.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds: After receiving and verifying the product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility unless there was an error on our part.
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your product for another model or size, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
