There are riders we’ve been supporting for a long time — we’ve watched them grow, progress, fall, get back up… and carve their own path with a determination that commands respect. Michael Bias, our New Zealand rider, is one of them.
For the 2025 UCI World Championships in Copenhagen, he will proudly represent his country… but also, in a way, represent us. On the gate, he’ll line up with a custom Concorde V3, painted in grey and black to reflect his personality: clean, sharp, and no-nonsense.
A special bike for a special moment
This frame is his. It’s built on the exact same platform as our production Concorde V3 — but we wanted to give him something more. A frame that stands apart, for an event that means a lot. When you know how much Michael invests in his sport, there was no way we’d let him show up at Worlds with just “another bike.”
An injury, and unshakable determination
What most people don’t know is that just three weeks before the 2025 World Cup opener, Michael suffered an injury. For many riders, that would have been the end of the season. But he gritted his teeth, trained in silence, and gave it everything he had to earn his spot anyway.
We followed it closely. And trust us — it takes more than talent to make it to the start gate at Worlds… it takes true character.
Representing New Zealand and much more
Today, he’s among the riders officially selected to represent New Zealand in Copenhagen.
